Well not me personally, well maybe on me but not on males. So today is Day 1 of the 30 day squat challenge. Something I have seen floating around on the web but really don’t get into the fitness crazes or any sort of crash diet. I don’t eat bread and try to follow the Paleo Diet. I am human and i am a woman so I like my chocolate. But this isn’t a diet it’s a lifestyle. Back to the behind. So i am skinny, mostly because I run a crazy amount of miles and I also lift weights, which always gets me skinny minny, but in the effort of all this I have zero butt. For those wondering I am 66 inches 106 pounds. So I have no butt and the little that I do have i am sort of unhappy about. Plus I am not in my late 20’s so I can’t really pay a visit to my doctor for butt implants like I did with my breasts.

So the squat challenge. I have seen a lot of before and after photos, which i don’t always believe. Especially since I use photoshop about 60% of my job, I attest PS can make any woman appear beautiful. I mean there is way to much photo manipulation as it is with selfies. Women with flawless skin and makeup editing software. All of which i should probably use on my photos BUT it’s against my own personal journalist ethics.

So Day 1 of the squat challenge. I am interested to see if it really works. Of course this isn’t the only thing i do for exercise but adding something to my routine now. I’m supposed to run Disney Marathon in like 4 months and I admit I am no where close to running 26.2 miles. Heck probably not even 13.1 right now but nonetheless I want a bigger bootie.

Until Next time
